Don, Owner & Operator

I was born and raised right outside of Richmond VA. When I started working for a Chem Dry franchise I realized very quickly that this was my “place”. I loved working in new homes every day and meeting people from all walks of life. When I first started it was just a job but then came to the realization that this was what I would be doing for the rest of my life. Being able to help people not only have beautiful furniture and carpet to look at, but for it to be a healthy environment for them and their families, is my calling! I’ve been doing this for just over 10 years total and, from where I started to where I am now, my views have changed for the best. I approach all my jobs with giving my clients all the information and recommendations that I can offer to have a healthier home to live in, and, again, not just an appearance. I hold myself to high standards and integrity: “Get the job done right–not just finished.”

I am a devoted husband and father, and I spend my off time usually on a field with my kids. Whether that’s on the field with them coaching or in the stands cheering, everything I do is for them. 

I have since branched out from being an employee of a franchise to purchasing my own. I am currently an owner/operator for many reasons One of them being that I want to hold myself to a higher standard than most. Second, I know what my client’s needs are, the best methods on how to address them, and how to present them in a non-pushy way. And lastly, I wanted the opportunity to pass my values and company down to my kids one day.
